- Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or have missing seals cannot be returned.

- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

- Damaged or incorrect items
