For easier insertion, use a water-based lubricant such as Aqua™, BioAqua™, Coquette™ or Waterfeel™. Do not use silicone-based lubricants, oils or creams as they may damage silicone material.

Clean thoroughly before and after each use with warm water and mild soap.

Storage:
Store in a clean, dust-free place. Keep separate from toys made of other materials (TPR, PVC, jelly, etc.). Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or have missing seals cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
